- Provide assistance to develop business and quality jobs in Tracy
- Attract new businesses seeking to expand or relocate
- Facilitate access to funding for business development
- Advocate for infrastructure projects to enhance local and regional commercial opportunities
- Helping "Grow Our Own" by helping businesses establish retention and expansion plans
- Recruiting and establishing new businesses, industry, and citizens to Tracy
- Addressing issues that may be halting growth in Tracy such as housing and workforce development
- Work to retain and promote current local businesses
- Partner with the Tracy EDA to maximize the Tracy's potential
