The Red Rooster was a part of Tracy from 1956 to 2015. The classically styled truck-stop and restaurant had numerous successful owners and operators over the years, but it is now time for someone new to take the reigns and redevelop the property. That's where you come in. This large property, with frontage on US highway 14, is an excellent location for businesses that require large amounts of space for customers as well as the volume that comes with an arterial highway.
Tracy Development Corporation's role in this project so far has included purchasing the property, selling or donating previous building contents, and working to annex an outbuilding to the City of Tracy.
